The Town has teamed up with Gorman & Company to produce Vista Verde Phase 2, the Town’s next local workforce housing project. With 172 units spanning over 4 buildings, Vista Verde Phase 2 will encompass a mix of studios, one, two and three bedroom units. 50% of those units will be 80% AMIs or less. The Town has committed $6 million dollars to this project that will achieve net zero designation, meaning the total amount of energy used by the building on an annual basis is equal to the amount of renewable energy created on the site.
