The Developer
Suzanne allen sabo will be the developer of the runway neighborhood. she also developed the stables village neighborhood, one of the first net zero projects in the country.
Timeline
the runway neighborhood is scheduled to break ground summer of 2025, with the first phase of homes being move in ready winter of 2027. we are anticipating the whole neighborhood to be completed by 2030.
