The Stables Village

The Stables Village neighborhood master plan was approved by Town Council on April 11th, 2023. This will be a new affordable neighborhood in Breckenridge that will include: 5 single family homes, 38 duplexes, and 18 triplexes for purchase. The homes will be net zero and the development is intended to be carbon neutral. The builder is projected to break ground Fall of 2023. The developer, Suzanne Sabo, a local architect, and her team are aiming to have the first units move in ready by Winter of 2024/2025. Prices are anticipated to be high $300s to high $700s and there will be a lottery so everyone has an opportunity. Expect to hear more as we have more details. On May 11th, 2023 there will be an open house for Stables Village, the new local workforce neighborhood. It will be held at the Breckenridge Rec-Center from 4:00pm- 7:00pm. We encourage anyone who is interested in learning more about this neighborhood to come! The developer, Suzanne Sabo, and her team will be there in addition to Town of Breckenridge staff and lenders. Expect to learn more information on this development as far as different units, how and when to apply for the 'for sale lottery', mortgage questions etc. For further information on this neighborhood- check out the Stables Village website.
