Summit County and the Town of Breckenridge have come together to provide 52 new workforce housing units located on Airport Road. These are anticipated to be move in ready May of 2024 and have been leased through a lottery that took place February 23rd. The Larkspur apartments consist of 2-bedroom units, 1-bedroom units and studios. All 2-bedroom units do not have an income cap while the studios and some 1-bedroom units provide an 80% AMI income cap.
