Stables Village LLC, a local developer, is completing the construction of 61 workforce housing units for purchase. It consists of a mix of 5 single family homes, 38 duplexes and 18 triplexes. The lotteries have been held for all 61 units, and the team is working to complete the final sales. For more information, visit the Stables Village website.

Highlands Riverfront

The Highlands Riverfront will include 22 deed-restricted duplexes and 24 market rate homes. This is not a project of the Town, but through annexation strategies the Town is collaborating with the developer to ensure workforce housing is included. Runway Neighborhood

The Runway Neighborhood is a partnership between the Town of Breckenridge, the Summit School District, and Neighborhood Crafters. The site is located off Airport Road and will include a mix of 81 single family homes, duplexes, and townhomes. Details regarding the sale process, lottery dates, and the construction schedule are currently being finalized. Updates will be made on Town of Breckenridge social media pages and eventually a website specific for this development. We encourage interested buyers to talk to a lender early and consider Homebuyer Education classes with the Summit Combined Housing Authority.
