Stables Village LLC, a local developer, will be constructing 61 workforce housing units for purchase. It will provide a mix of 5 single family homes, 38 duplexes and 18 triplexes. All units will be sold through lottery and the Phase 2A lottery application will be open July 11- July 28. These units will be delivered in Summer/ Fall of 2025. For more information, click here.

Berlin Placer
​While this is not a project of the Town, in the beginning stages, the Town purchased two, four-
bedroom units and plans use the buy down program as affordable workforce housing. This project is located at the corner of Baldy and Sally Barber Road. More information at www.trailsberlinplacer.com.
​​Highlands Riverfront
The Highlands Riverfront will include 22 deed-restricted duplexes and 24 market rate homes. This is not a project of the Town, but through annexation strategies the Town is collaborating with the developer to ensure workforce housing is included. Runway Neighborhood
This is a 17 acre site owned by the Town of Breckenridge that will be the next local neighborhood to be delivered Fall of 2026-2028. The goal is up to 100 new homes, for sale, to address first time home buyers and other local households looking to purchase a deed restricted property.
