Stables Village LLC, a local developer, is completing the construction of 61 workforce housing units for purchase. It consists of a mix of 5 single family homes, 38 duplexes and 18 triplexes. Highlands Riverfront

The Highlands Riverfront will include 22 deed-restricted duplexes and 24 market rate homes. This is not a project of the Town, but through annexation strategies the Town is collaborating with the developer to ensure workforce housing is included. Runway Neighborhood

This is a 17 acre site owned by the Town of Breckenridge that will be the next local neighborhood to be delivered in Winter of 2027/ 2028. The goal is up to 150 new homes, for sale, to address first time home buyers and other local households looking to purchase a deed restricted property.
