Highlands Riverfront

The Highlands Riverfront will include 22 deed-restricted duplexes and 24 market rate homes. This is not a project of the Town, but through annexation strategies the Town is collaborating with the developer to ensure workforce housing is included. For inquires contact Jill Begley:

This is a 17 acre site owned by the Town of Breckenridge that will be the next local neighborhood to be delivered Fall of 2026-2028. The larkspur (formerly known as Justice Center)

The Town of Breckenridge and Summit County Government have worked together to produce 52 rental units consisting of: studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. These units are expected to be move-in ready June 2024. To read more on the application process, click here.

Vista verde Phase 2 (formerly known as alta verde ii)

  • 172 units, lower AMI

The Vista Verde Phase 2 complex is slated to include 172 units over four buildings - 50% of units will be at 80% AMI or less. Vista Verde Phase 2 will encompass a mix of studios, one, two and three bedroom units. We anticipate these units to be ready for move in Fall 2024. For more information, click here.

Stables Village

Stables Village LLC, a local developer, will be constructing 61 workforce housing units for purchase. It will provide a mix of 5 single family homes, 38 duplexes and 18 triplexes. All units will be sold through lottery and we expect the Phase 2A lottery application to open August 2024 with units being delivered in Summer/ Fall of 2025. For more information, click here.
