​Stables Village

Stables Village LLC, a local developer, is completing the construction of 61 workforce housing units for purchase. It consists of a mix of 5 single family homes, 38 duplexes and 18 triplexes. The lotteries have been held for all 61 units, and the team is working to complete the final sales. For more information, visit the Stables Village website.​

The Highlands Riverfront will include 22 deed-restricted duplexes and 24 market rate homes. This is not a project of the Town, but through annexation strategies the Town is collaborating with the developer to ensure workforce housing is included. Runway Neighborhood

This is a 17 acre site owned by the Town of Breckenridge that will be the next local neighborhood to be delivered in Winter of 2027/ 2028. The goal is up to 150 new homes, for sale, to address first time home buyers and other local households looking to purchase a deed restricted property.
