​​​​​2025 Annual Deed Monitoring Form Update

The Summit Combined Housing Authority is preparing to launch a new monitoring format for all current, deed restricted homeowners. Beginning in 2025, homeowners will receive their annual monitoring form on the anniversary date of their purchase.
