Workforce Housing Educational Videos

The Town of Breckenridge Housing department is working with the marketing department to put together workforce housing educational videos. In these videos we will cover housing programs, common terms associated with workforce housing, and upcoming projects. These can be found on our Town of Breckenridge YouTube page. ​​​​​2025 Annual Deed Monitoring Form Update

The Summit Combined Housing Authority is preparing to launch a new monitoring format for all current, deed restricted homeowners. Beginning in 2025, homeowners will receive their annual monitoring form on the anniversary date of their purchase.
